Direct Contact Communication

You may choose to communicate directly with GAPCO by email or by contacting one of our restaurant locations by phone or in person. Depending on the purpose of your communication, you may need to provide us with your name, email address, mailing address, delivery or other physical address, phone number, payment information, and other personal information such as medical information. 

 

Orders & Payment 

For one or more online orders to be fulfilled and processed, you may be required to input your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, phone number, and credit card information. 

 

GAPCO does not directly receive, collect, or store any credit or debit card information utilized for online orders. Online payment for GAPCO purchases are processed as follows:

 

Account Formation

Setting up an online ordering account will maintain your purchase history and allow you to make purchases. 

 

If you elect to create a profile for GAPCO merchandise purchases through the Website you may either: 

  • provide certain information to us including: your name, email address, address, phone number, and account password, or

  • connect via either of the following third-party social media services: Google and Facebook. If You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a third-party social media service, we may collect personal data that is already associated with your third-party social media account, such as your name, your email address, your activities or your contact list associated with that account. You may also have the option of sharing additional information with GAPCO through your third-party social media account. If you choose to provide such information and data, during registration or otherwise, you are giving GAPCO permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

 

Online food pickup and delivery orders for GAPCO are processed through Revel Systems, a third-party online order processor. Revel requires the following information to set up an online ordering account: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and account password. In addition, your online ordering account will maintain your purchase history and allow you to make purchases. Before setting up an online account to place food orders from GAPCO, please review the Privacy Policy utilized by Revel Systems for more information regarding how they collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.

 

Marketing Communications

When you join our mailing list, we require your email address. 

 

Job Applicant Data

Job applications submitted to work for GAPCO are processed through Higher Me, a third-party job application service. As a result, although GAPCO will have access to certain information that you submit to Higher Me, GAPCO does not directly receive, collect, or store your job application information, such as employment and education history and references. Before applying for a job with us, please review Higher Me’s Privacy Policy (https://higherme.com/privacy-policy) for more information regarding how they collect, use, share, transmit, and protect your personal information. 

 

(2) Information You Passively Provide To Us

Our Website utilizes cookies as part of a passive information collection process to track usage.
